Regardless of the method you choose, GreatRXBuys.com only dispenses orders accompanied by a valid prescription(s) from a licensed physician. As such, we require your original prescription, mailed or faxed/emailed/phoned by your doctor's office to us. To assist with the timely processing of your order, we ask all prescriptions be submitted in English.


  Online Ordering:

  1. Locate your medication by entering the name of the drug you require into the search field and click GO or search alphabetically by selecting the first letter of the drug you need.  (e.g., for Lipitor, click on L).
  2. Select your drug and dosage from the search results.
  3. Add your drug to your shopping cart by clicking the order button.
  4. When you have added all the medication you need to your shopping cart, simply click on "Place Order" and proceed through the process.
    When prompted:
    1. Choose a shipping method
    2. Complete Billing information.
    3. Complete Shipping information.
    4. Complete Patient information.
    5. Submit your order.
  5. GreatRXBuys.com will send you an email letting you know we received your order.
  6. Remember, we can only process orders accompanied by a valid prescription. We still need you to to mail us your original prescription(s) or have your physician's office mail/fax or email us your prescription(s).
  7. If you indicated that you wish to speak to a pharmacist, one of our professionally licensed pharmacists will be in touch to discuss your medications with you. Additionally, one of our Customer Service Representatives may contact you to review your order.

After placing your order electronically by filling out the cardholder/patient information screen and agreeing to the Privacy and OBRA 90 statements, your prescription can be sent to us in any of the following ways.

Other Ordering Options

1. BY MAIL.
a. Please be advised that any prescriptions dated over a year are null and void. These orders will not be processed.
b. Any controlled scheduled substances dated more than a month old are deemed expired and cannot be processed (Ambien, Xanax).

2. FAXED IN BY YOUR PHYSICIAN'S OFFICE.

3. PHONED IN BY YOUR PHYSICIAN'S OFFICE.

4. TRANSFERRED BY US FROM YOUR CURRENT PHARMACY.
a. Please have the following information handy when reaching us: Rx Number to be transferred along with the name of the medication, Store name, address and phone number.

5. HAVING GREATRXBUYS.COM CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR.
a. Please have the following information handy when reaching us:Doctor's name, address, phone number.

**Orders will be dispensed upon receiving your prescription authorization by any of the above means.

**Please note we do not accept or fill prescriptions for any Schedule 2 narcotics (Percocet, Oxycontin) or anabolic steroids.

**All orders sent for controlled medications are reconfirmed by us with the prescribing physician's office.
